Job Description
Summary
F.H. Cann & Associates is hiring exceptional Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will be in support of a statewide program. You will be provided training and although this is a temporary role successful CSRs might be offered full time employment opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Receiving inbound calls and providing answers to questions with prescripted responses
- Occasional outbound calls for verification purposes
- Data entry of sensitive information
- Providing compassionate and tactful service to community
- Operate multiple applications databases and computer programs
- Offer superior customer service

Preferred Education and Experience
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office
