Profile Requirements:
- Proven Track Record of Results: Demonstrated ability to drive strong performance across Amazon and TikTok Shop including measurable improvements in ROAS TACoS and conversion rates. Applications must include proof of results or provide references (e.g. past performance metrics screenshots dashboards or case studies).
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of each platforms backend tools advertising options algorithm behavior and seller ecosystems with handson experience managing accounts.
- Ad Management Expertise: Advanced skill in setting up optimizing and scaling ads across all 3 platforms including keyword targeting bid adjustments A/B testing and funnel strategy.
- Creative Eye Execution: Ability to assess or develop highquality product listings and marketing creatives tailored to platform and audience expectations with a strong eye for design and persuasive copy.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Comfortable using dashboards attribution tools and analytics platforms to inform daily decisionmaking and longterm strategy; prioritizing profitability and growth.
- Agile & Accountable: Adaptable to changing client needs and market dynamics; proactive responsive and ready to work in a fastmoving entrepreneurial environment with minimal handholding.
- Sales Performance: Must be able to provide concrete evidence of sales outcomes to be considered.
Core responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize storefronts on Amazon and TikTok Shop Shopify ensuring listings pricing shipping details and promotional activities are always accurate and aligned with platform algorithms.
- Ad Strategy & Execution: Placing highperforming ad campaigns on all three platforms including Sponsored Ads TikTok ad formats and offplatform retargeting strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze ROAS TACoS ACoS and other key ecommerce metrics; actively implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Creative Asset Oversight: Collaborate on or manage creation of ad visuals listing creatives product descriptions and promotional assets that are optimized for each platform s unique audience and requirements.
- Inventory Coordination: Maintain oversight of inventory levels coordinate with fulfillment teams ensure restocking timelines are met and identify opportunities for bundling or SKUlevel optimization.
- Trend Monitoring & Tactical Adjustments: Stay ahead of platform changes emerging tools seasonal shifts and consumer behavior trends; adjusting strategy dynamically to keep storefronts competitive and resultsdriven.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
