Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join L3Harris team as a Lead Financial Analyst. Duties of the job include:
- Serve as lead systems administrator for the FCSTGov tool across the IMS1 entity
- Automate/Oversee IMS1FCSTGovactual load
- Standardize IMS1FCSTGovactuals approach
- ManageFCSTGovkickouts/mapping new projects
- Maintain and reconcileFCSTGovIT Report
- Maintain FCSTGov to HFM alignment for C5 and USS IMS1 Divisions
- Standardize / Automate System Company program reconciliation andinclusion into FCSTGov
- Automate topside inclusion into FCSTGov
- Standardize FCSTGov Product Line / Major Project / Project architecture forIMS1
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Business Accounting Finance or relatedanalytical field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Knowledge of government contracts funding profiles sales outlook and variance analysis preferred.
- Experience with contracts such as CPAF CPFF T&M FFP etc
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
- Certifications such as PMP EVMP or similar
