Focus on strategic initiatives in Client Account Support with a core concentration on leveraging technology solutions to improve processes. A key responsibility will be to fully understand and relate to the daytoday operations of the Client Account Support department and execute targeted solutions to improve our internal processes. The Analyst will partner with the Technical Lead Managers and Associates to implement solutions that improve the client advisor and associate experience reduce risk and increase scale. This role will also support the data strategy for Client Account Support and broader Operations organization.
As a Client Account Support Analyst you will:
- Work with Client Account Support teams and other stakeholders to understand business processes gather and document project requirements and translate them into specifications.
- Collaborate with Client Account Support team members to establish an understanding of their key processes
- Utilize business intelligence and data transformation software to develop reporting and alerts for key business processes.
- Identify potential risks in requirements and proactively work with other members of the team to complete tasks defined by scope and timeline.
- Support data governance efforts across the department and help implement data quality standards in tune with the broader enterprise.
- Effectively manage internal and thirdparty source data and functions as a subject matter expert on the sources and processes of data. Understand data available across the department and function as a subject matter expert on the sources and processes of data.
- Ensure applications utilized within the department leverage the established best practices and the appropriate automation toolset based on the risk profile.
- Interface with various Baird business units to support firm wide and Operations initiatives.
- Provide complex problem solving for Client Account Support teams to help define and deliver on longterm strategic planning.

What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Computer Information Science Operations/Supply Chain Information Systems or relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated innovative mindset
- Experience writing queries and data transformation with SQL and/or other data transformation platforms (e.g. Alteryx)
- Experience designing dashboards and other reports using data visualization tools. Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Ability to gather understand and analyze business requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize monitor and complete multiple tasks or projects either independently or collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must with the ability to effectively relate to work in a teamoriented setting.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills leading to trusting relationships with business partners and their leadership team.
