Job Description
- Supports Production operations with all maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems such as (but not limited to) preferred 3axis CNC mills conveyors machine automation and robots.
- Analyzes solves problems and maintains all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
- Works from available mechanical and electrical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
- Assists with research of parts as necessary.
- Performs preventative predictive and routine inspection maintenance per work orders.
- Reads and interprets safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals quality documents setup instructions blueprints and electrical prints.
- Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to the team.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by staying in sync with procedures rules and regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 years of CNC experience and 23 years of maintenance experience.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.
- Ability to drive a forklift scissor lift and articulating arm boom truck.
- Validated experience and ability to use standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment and operate lifting equipment computer terminals and other tools/equipment.
- Experience with troubleshooting.
- Availability and willingness to work any shift overtime and weekends as requested.
