Corporate Receptionist

City Law Firm

Up to 27000

Office based 5 days a week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a friendly reception assistant / junior receptionist / trainee corporate receptionist to join an Intellectual Property Law Firm in their London office which is near London Bridge.

Role

Working with a friendly team of 3 you can look forward to a varied role including:

  • Assisting with daytoday reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Call handling using switchboard
  • Arranging meeting/call requests deliveries ordering supplies
  • Setting up meeting rooms including refreshments
  • Making travel arrangements

Requirements

This trainee corporate reception role does not require previous reception experience perhaps you have worked in customer services or in a reception role in a non corporate sector. What is most important is that you are friendly and professional organised and have the ability to think quickly and use initiative!
