Reporting into the Global Head of Managed Security Solutions this role is critical in developing and maturing our detection and response capabilityensuring that we deliver bestinclass SOC services to our global Head of Security Operations is a pivotal leadership role within our Managed Security Services (MSS) function responsible for shaping and driving the performance of our Security Operations Centres (which provide a 24x7 service).
Role responsibilities:
Were looking for someone with a passion for security operations who can lead from the frontnot just as a manager but as a handson practitioner when neededbuilding a highperforming motivated monitoring team and pushing continual improvements in how we detect respond to and manage security incidents. This role will play a key part in maintaining exceptional service quality optimising detection logic tuning out false positives and working closely with our wider security teams across IR Engineering Threat Intelligence Client Success and Offensive Security.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be clientfocused performancedriven and confident in representing our service at all levelsinternally and externally. Youll be an experienced SOC Manager or have experience in a Senior Operations role within an MSSP environment with handson experience ofMicrosoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender XDR LogRhythm CrowdStrike Falcon and TenableOne. Youll have a solid grounding in incident detection triage and response processes and a passion for engaging directly with clients including service reviews escalation and solution refinement.
