KBR is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistantto providesenior executive level support for a Program office in the SIGINT Directorate. While the position duties may fluctuate primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative secretarial support to directorate and officelevel leadership to include drafting of memorandums and other official documents in the correct formats and correct letter head as appropriate
- Providing support for scheduling and coordination of activities conference rooms calendar management telephone conferences and messaging travel arrangements and vouchers and briefing and correspondence review for grammar and formatting
- Supporting the coordination and management of decision documents directives work plans governance documentation and strategic artifacts
- Facilitating in and outprocessing of personnel and providing support for records management in accordance with organizational directives
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing the Document Library for the program office
- Track training maintain personnel rosters and procure supplies as needed
- Act as back up support to other front office staff whos duties may include development of briefings for staff meetings formatting briefings for release outside of the Program office coordination of reviews and running the computer for meetings as required.
Required:
- Must currently possess a current/active TS/SCI with Poly.
- 5years experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication transparency and flexibility.
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues.
- Strong/excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired:
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience with the Intelligence Community and its organizations and structures.
- Familiarity with Government levels and Military Ranks.
- Sharepoint experience.
- Confluence experience.
