Were seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who takes a consultative approach to uncovering new opportunities guides prospects through a tailored and thoughtful sales process and helps drive meaningful growth as we expand our presence in the mid-market segment.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive your core mission is to win new business. Youll own the entire sales processfrom identifying and engaging new prospects through value-driven discovery compelling demos and final negotiations. Your focus will be landing new logos displacing legacy competitors and helping local governments modernize their payment experiences with InvoiceClouds market-leading platform.
Youll act as a strategic advisor to your prospects bringing insight urgency and credibility to every interaction. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering Marketing and Channel Partners to tailor solutions that solve real customer problems and showcase the full value of our platform.

You deeply understand our product and the real problems it solves for municipalities.
You build trust quickly and uncover customer pain through thoughtful discovery.
You design compelling demos and navigate complex decision-making processes with confidence.
You develop and execute a territory strategy that leverages partner channels inbound motion and your own prospecting skills to consistently exceed revenue goals.
You collaborate with Sales Engineering Marketing and Channel Partners to create tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.
You share insights that improve how we sell who we target and where we win.
4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience ideally in a mid-market environment
Experience selling into local government utilities or similarly regulated industries
Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC Value Selling or Challenger
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong discovery communication and presentation skills
A track record of performance grit and a passion for solving real customer problems
Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach Gong and modern demo platforms
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Base salary is onecomponentof total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
