Job Description
Location:
4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn Ohio 44144We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain data dashboards reports and analytics that support compliance variance tracking and operational efficiency. This role requires experience in SQL Power BI and/or Tableau with a strong focus on creating actionable insights for decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Metrics & Dashboards:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI / Tableau.
- Provide realtime insights on compliance variances and operational performance.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Write SQL queries to extract clean and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends anomalies and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership with actionable recommendations.
Compliance & Variance Monitoring:
- Track key compliance metrics and ensure adherence to internal/external regulations.
- Monitor operational variances providing root cause analysis and suggestions for resolution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting integrity.
Business Support & Strategy:
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
- Work with EPMO Finance and Operations to ensure seamless data integration.
Qualifications & Skills:
MustHave:
- 25 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analysis or a related field.
- Knowledge of Jira ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
NicetoHave:
- Proficiency in SQL (query optimization joins stored procedures etc.).
- Handson experience with Power BI / Tableau (dashboard development DAX visualizations).
- Experience in compliance tracking or risk analysis.
- Familiarity with financial services or payment processing environments.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61000 to $94000 annually depending on location and jobrelated factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for shortterm incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
