Job Description
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of a construction site ensuring the project stays within budget and meets company and quality standards.
Pay: $40 $45 an hour Based on Experience
Location: Within a 60 mile radius of Madison WI
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM OVERTIME

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute the project plan as laid out by the Project Manager schedule and ensure compliance with budget schedule plans and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
- Supervise and direct laborers carpenters concrete finishers trade partners and material suppliers.
- Manage all field operations and coordinate with other company Superintendents and trade partners to ensure that all activities are contracted in a timely manner and do not disrupt project schedule and/or budget. Ensure that all trades have up to date drawings and information.
- Advise General Superintendent and Project Manager of potential problems work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving such conflicts; anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties.
- Coordinate equipment crews and other job related activities to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain the projects daily logs and jobsite inspections.
- Maintain accurate and up to date drawings.
- Understand and promote company Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite; adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements; integrate Company Safety Program in all site specific plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment; adhere to all safety and record keeping requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
- Employee exhibits and abides by Employee Success Formula (Top 18)
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Strong knowledge of safety policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a taskdriven environment
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates the ability to work with a strong work ethic reliability teamwork and flexibility
- Possess a professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to selfmotivate
