Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Manager handling all aspects of the project
- Ensure Industry Safety Standards are met and followed
- Communicate directly with the client
- Provide document control attend site meetings & take minutes
- Coordinate the work of numerous contractors provide daily reports reports attend site meetings and take minutes
- Review site conditions and produce RFIs if needed
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure project is on schedule and of the highest quality
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required
- FTP Construction project management experience (Procore knowledge a plus)
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executives
- Public sector experience a big
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Valid Drivers License & ability to travel within Connecticut
