Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 15 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding including MIG TIG Stick and fabrication machinery.
Proven experience supervising and running operations in a metal fabrication company.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a focus on execution and results.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong technical knowledge in blueprint reading layout and fabrication methods.
