Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction; experience in healthcare construction is required.
- Experience with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) and AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) compliance in healthcare construction settings is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage construction projects independently and on the road with limited oversight.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors trades and field teams in a dynamic multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and ensure accountability on the jobsite.
- Ability to read interpret and execute construction drawings RFIs and specifications.
- Experience maintaining quality standards while meeting fast-paced construction timelines and deadlines.
- Must display strong leadership skills and personal accountability.
- Language Ability Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Math ability Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
- Computer Skills Basic computer skills are needed.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
