Key Applicant Requirements
Overall experience of 13 years
Working knowledge of Windows & IIS server
Ability to debug and analyze windows web server and application logs
Experience with Incident Management Processes
ITIL or other serviceoriented certification Strongly Preferred
Candidates with Python/Powershell Scripting & Google Cloud knowledge are highly preferred
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement controlled changes
Ability to evaluate and discern issues and make the proper judgment call to escalate for resolution
Understanding of Alerting & Monitoring
Ability to work independently or under only general direction
MUST be ready to work in shifts covering 24x5 and weekend oncall
Shift oncall & overtime allowance applicable
Key Skills:
Applications written in the following technologies are needed to be supported. Having knowledge of any of these technologies is an added advantage

Support the Boarding & Servicing applications portfolio of 1216 individual applications
Support applications built on .Net
Deployment Support
Triage issues with Windows Engineers DBA and Network Engineers
Support patching and verification schedules
All other standard support functions/activities
Get actively involved in activities on process improvement and automation
Cover 24x7 support function. 24x5 from office & 24xWeekend oncall
