HRGeneralist in Teilzeit (m/w/d)

Das erwartet Dich:

• Untersttzung des Senior HR Managers im operativen Tagesgeschft
• Bearbeitung individueller und organisatorischer Personalnderungen (wie z.B. Eintritt Versetzungen und Umgruppierungen)
• Erstellung arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente wie Arbeitsvertrge Versetzungen BetriebsratsanhrungenAbmahnungen Arbeitszeugnisse Stellenbeschreibungen und diverse andere Dokumente
• Magebliche Untersttzung/Durchfhrung des BEM Prozesses inklusive Gesprchsfhrung
• Untersttzung bei lokalen/internationalen HRProjekten & Themen
• Funktionsbergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen HRExpertenteams wie Payroll Talent Acquisition Service Center u.a.
• Pflegen der Daten des Personalinformationssystems in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Service Center
• Bearbeitung sonstiger administrativer Aufgaben inklusive Personalaktenpflege
• Ggf. Untersttzung bei der Durchfhrung der Ausbildung und im Recruitingprozess

Das bringst Du mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung (idealerweise Industriekaufmann/kauffrau)
• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe im HR Bereich idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld
• Kenntnisse im Arbeits und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und idealerweise Kenntnisse aus dem Metalltarif NRW
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute und praxiserprobte MS Office Kenntnisse (Word Excel PowerPoint) idealerweise SAP SuccessFactors
• Lsungsorientiertes Denken und Kommunikationsstrke

We are looking for an HR Generalist (PartTime f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible on a temporary basis for an initial period of 2 years.

What to expect:

• Support for the Senior HR Manager in daily operations
• Handling of individual and organizational personnel changes (e.g. onboarding transfers reclassifications)
• Preparation of employment law documents such as employment contracts transfer letters works council hearings warnings references job descriptions and various other documents
• Key support and/or execution of the BEM process (occupational reintegration management) including conducting conversations
• Support for local/international HR projects and topics
• Crossfunctional collaboration with various HR expert teams such as Payroll Talent Acquisition Service Center etc.
• Maintaining personnel information system data in collaboration with the HR Service Center
• Handling other administrative tasks including maintaining personnel files
• Possibly supporting training programs and recruitment processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training (ideally industrial clerk)
• Professional experience in a similar HR role ideally in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Knowledge of labor law and works constitution law ideally with familiarity with the North RhineWestphalia metal industry collective agreement (Metalltarif NRW)
• Fluent German and good English skills both spoken and written
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Solutionoriented thinking and strong communication skills
