Are you a dedicated individual with extensive knowledge of family violence issues Do you excel in communication and thrive on navigating complex legal and social service systems If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on families across Alberta!

As a Family Violence Court Liaison you will work collaboratively with the Family Court and service delivery staff acting as the key liaison between matters occurring in family child protection and criminal courts. You will ensure the consistent delivery of highquality services to individuals dealing with family violence and multiple legal matters across Alberta.

Required: A Bachelor of Social Work Degree with some related experience in family violence issues/dynamics child protection and safety planning.

The following equivalencies will be considered:

As per the Health Professions Act successful applicants must be registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) if:

a) They have a degree in social work from any university in North America that is accredited by the Canadian Association for Social Work Education (CASWE) or the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) OR

b) They have graduated from an approved social work diploma program in Alberta OR

c) They have within the last five years been a registered certified or licensed social worker in another province or with a member of the Association of Social Work Boards.
