Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent of one (1) year customer service and/or administrative support using computers with a high degree of epic training and obtain a passing score on the End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA) test within 2 weeks of start date. This test can be taken a maximum of three times after completion of the EPIC training.

Preferred
Bachelors (3) years experience working in a health care setting or related experience working with the general public in a health care/customer service with other cultures/bilingual in Epic Cadence.
Compensation Range
$22.58 $33.87 per hourSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
