Job Overview
The Account Executive Region Channel Sales is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies through strong relationships with key channel partners. This role involves recruiting and collaborating with our local channel partners in their assigned geographies. The focus is on leveraging the existing customer base of these partners to promote and sell TMobile products and services. The Account Executive will manage strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies and enhance client relationships. This role also involves working closely with internal teams such as direct sales solution specialists and marketing to lead programmatic efforts that drive sellwith activity. Additionally they will conduct quarterly reviews with their selected partners to evaluate the performance of partnergenerated sales of TMobile products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities Establish joint targets to drive TMobile products and services through the channel partner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with toptier channel partners in assigned territory. Establish growth framework to establish TMobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining longterm relationships.
  • Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows programs coop and team coordination.
  • Deliver sales presentations and training to local partners to ensure knowledge of TMobile products and services
  • Stays abreast of industry landscape challenges and problem statements for the industry unique products and solutions and collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and longterm solutions.
  • Drive on site customer meetings with partners. Act as resource for local partners and available to meet with customers and partners to drive sell through of TMobile products and services.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 47 years Strategic operations sales and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization Required
  • 47 years Selling into and/or through key industry channel partners Required


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation Strong proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations sales and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • Business Acumen Strong business acumen; incorporates overall objective in developing strategy and decisions. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $134300 $242200 inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $94010 $169540

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location TMobile employees in regular nontemporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
