A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager Technical Delivery you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical delivery of one of the key portfolios within the SEO Technical Delivery Operations pillar. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the capex delivery program ensuring that projects are delivered to scope on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a highperforming team fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Additionally you will identify opportunities for simplification and optimisation within SEO working closely with crossfunctional teams and senior leaders to drive the success of these initiatives.
Managing relationships with senior stakeholders across various business units will be a key aspect of your role. You will engage with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation building and maintaining strong relationships to drive alignment and achieve strategic goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives within the Operations pillar where you will identify and implement best practices driving continuous improvement and innovation in technical delivery processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized and forwardthinking with strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and a collaborative approach with proven experience in managing strategic programs.
A bit about you
You will have proven experience in strategic planning business strategy or transformation within complex environments with a solid background in strategy development and many years of experience in corporate or business strategy roles. Strong problemsolving and root cause identification skills are essential along with acute business acumen and an understanding of relevant industry organisational issues and challenges. The role requires strong analytical skills the ability to interpret information effectively and the capability to manage own work streams delivering on time to manage requirements. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are crucial as is the ability to lead manage and influence senior management and stakeholders. Advanced Portfolio/Program management along with a degree in IT Business Management Commerce Finance or a related discipline are ideal.
