About The Job

Were looking for a passionate and strategicUX Managerto lead and grow our UX team within the Sales & Service Value Stream. In this role youll be responsible for shaping the user experience strategy driving research initiatives and ensuring our solutions are intuitive usercentered and aligned with business goals.

Youll work both strategically and operationallybalancing handson design and research with team leadership and crossfunctional collaboration. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a managerial role and make a real impact across a broad and dynamic organization.

What You Know

  • Proven experience inplanning and conducting user research prototyping and user testing.
  • Strong proficiency inFigmafor creating clickable prototypes and evaluating design hypotheses.
  • Deep understanding ofUserCentered Design principlesand their application inAgile environments.
  • Skilled inuser research methodologies: interviews field studies surveys A/B testing and usability testing.
  • Ability toanalyze research findingsto inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Experience inevaluating and improving thirdparty solutionswith added functionality
  • Confident in leadingcrossfunctional workshops(e.g. user story mapping journey mapping).
  • Familiarity with tools likeMiroand establishedUX methodologies.
  • Fluent inEnglish both written and spoken.
  • Universitylevel education in a relevant field.
