Job Description
We are currently looking for Operations Coordinators to join our busy Oiltools team. This role is to bring strong technical knowledge across all Archer Oiltools product and services to support the UK infrastructure across sales and operations. This role primarily supports the Operations Manager in the role of project planning and preparation with a requirement to support the UK sales team where required with technical backup to support technical proposals for project award.
Key responsibilities
Fully knowledgeable in all Archer Oiltools product & service offerings: Plug Solutions Cement Solutions WBCU Slot Recovery (Stronghold TCP Fishing & Milling)
Promote Health and Safety and Quality Assurance at work with a strong Focus on Service Quality as per Quality Control Process
On Duty technical support for offshore / Customer operations
Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure costing and inventory are all available for planned operations
Prepare equipment requests procedures and calculations for offshore operations
Project Lead for SYNERGI Investigations
Follow Oiltools Operating System (OTOS) relating to customer projects activities and QCP
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients to develop new business opportunities.
Liaise with colleagues from the Technical Support and Operations teams to facilitate business activities and provide a high quality service.
Maintain high levels of performance and communication in response to queries to strengthen relationships with the Companys existing clients and new clients.
Gather and analyse job data and present the resulting performance data
Prepare technical and commercial responses to customer requests for quotation and tenders.
Answer customer technical queries.
Assist in the preparation of technical articles and papers.
Assist in the preparation of business cases technical solutions/costing.
Experience

Experience
- Candidates should have a strong technical background covering various disciplines of downhole tools and operations relating to fishing and milling.
- Previous experience within a service company environment/role is preferred.
- Proven background in a similar role preparing detailed equipment request procedures and calculations for job planning/preparation
- Proven background in downhole tools and technology
