Job Description:
The Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) Segment HR Center of Excellence offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and resultsdriven Senior Specialist in Total Rewards. This role will collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to develop and implement strategic global compensation programs policies and practices that align with L3Harris objectives and competitive practices. Additionally this role will serve as a Total Rewards Business Partner to sectors within IMS driving processes forward and providing effective solutions for the business.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with the HR team to conduct comprehensive compensation analyses providing recommendations that reinforce the companys overall compensation philosophy.
- Play a key role in the annual salary and incentive planning processes including HR and manager training systems testing data validation communications and detailed compensation analyses.
- Administer incentive plans in collaboration with leaders to ensure budget adherence and reinforcement of our compensation philosophy rewarding and recognizing employees based on their achievement of individual objectives and their contributions to L3Harris goals.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of IMS Total Rewards processes and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to conduct job analyses ensuring alignment with L3Harris career framework for job leveling and job family assignments ensuring appropriate FLSA classifications for US positions.
- Lead and manage special projects or initiatives leveraging capabilities of team members and stakeholders within and outside of the IMS HR team to optimize results.
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with global government standards and labor laws including responsibility for internal and external compensation audits and interfacing with external audit entities and legal representatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Experienceanalyzinglarge data sets and leverage insights to drive effective decisionmaking
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with global team members and stakeholders
- Adept at handling confidential information with sensitivity

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel MS PowerPoint SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft
- Expertise in prioritizing multiple competing tasks in a dynamic fastpaced global environment with meticulous attention to detail
