Job Description

Senspex in Rio Rancho New Mexico is seeking to hire a Field Operations Coordinator for our Military Mission Support team in Boise ID!


This position begins July 1 2025.


The Field Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for continuous management of existing and future scope of work under WTRS contracts with Senspex. This position requires an individual who is trustworthy detailoriented organized personable perceptive cooperative and communicatoryboth compositionally and verbally.


This position will support the WarfighterTraining Readiness Solutions (WTRS) contract. The WTRS task order is a missioncritical initiative designed to ensure full spectrum readiness for every soldier and unit across the U.S. Army!

What youll get to do as a Field Operations Coordinator at Senspex:

  • Schedule and coordinate personnel missions/activities including weekly work schedules.
  • Implement and enforce training programs for quality safety and security.
  • Provide personnel guidance set performance standards and monitor performance.
  • Assess duty performance recommend improvements and address personnel/technical issues.
  • Ensure SOPs are developed followed and maintained per contract requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Range Control executing contract scope.
  • Supervise staff functions and offer technical guidance to all employees.

The qualifications we require:

  • 3 years BA/BS or MA/MS degree or 8 years AA or 10 years no degree.
  • Requires three (3) or more years supervisory experience in range operations and personnel management.
  • Requires an understanding of maintenance automation and quality assurance through demonstrated experience or general education.
  • Requires a working knowledge to accomplish computer data information processing and general knowledge of MS Office.
  • Requires ability to lift and carry boxes and packages not to exceed 50lbs.
  • Requires the physical dexterity to bend/stoop twist/turn and kneel/crouch.
  • Requires the ability to operate a four wheeled drive vehicle 1 ton.
  • Requires a valid Drivers License; Must be able to be insured through Companys vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours and for the duration of your work employment.
  • U S Citizenship required.
  • All candidates will be required to pass a consumer report and/or consumer investigation to include SSN Driver Record and Criminal Background Investigation.
  • Must currently possess an active DoD Secret Clearance; or other equivalent U. S. Government Security Clearance.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
  • National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
  • Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
  • Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment background and drug test
