The Town Regeneration & Investment Programme (TRIP) Programme Lead will be a key member of a small team that supports the development and delivery of a diverse range of projects within the Economy & Skills Service and which deliver against the aims and objectives of the Cornwall Good Growth Plan Cornwall Local Plan and the Councils Place Shaping and Regeneration policies.
Specifically the role holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of a new 2.7m programme of investment that is being funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. TRIPwill provide investment to support significant placebased interventions that will boost growth and productivity of local businesses and help regenerate towns across Cornwall. This will be achieved through projects that are directly delivered by Cornwall Council and a delegated grant fund that will be open to businesses and other organisations across Cornwall to bid into.

Working Pattern:
Fulltime 37 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements will be considered however there is an expectation to attend meetings and office days to work collaboratively with the wider team each month.
