Job Description

Were building the future of retail with a cuttingedge ondemand marketplace app that connects retailers with local customers in real time. Our platform enables users to shop from nearby retailers and receive items at their doorstep instantly.

Were looking for a founding team member to lead growth and acquisition across both sides of our marketplacebringing on new users and recruiting top local retailers. If youre highly connected in retail obsessed with growth and motivated by meaningful equity ownership this is your opportunity to build from the ground up.

You will be at the intersection of marketing user growth and business development. Your job is to grow our user base and retail network through smart marketing strategies datadriven acquisition campaigns and persuasive B2B outreach. This is a highimpact role with direct influence on the companys traction and revenue.

Tasks

User Growth & Marketing

  • Launch performance marketing campaigns across paid channels SEO influencers referral programs etc.
  • Build user retention through lifecycle marketing loyalty and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize acquisition funnels with a datadriven mindset (CAC LTV ROAS).
  • Shape our gotomarket approach alongside product and design.

Retailer Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Leverage your existing retail network to bring top local partners onto the platform.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of retail partners across grocery fashion electronics and more.
  • Own retailer onboarding engagement and comarketing initiatives.
  • Develop scalable B2B acquisition strategies to grow our supply side.

Growth Strategy

  • Track KPIs and iterate quickly to optimize growth efforts.
  • Experiment across verticals locations and messaging to find traction.
  • Provide constant feedback to product and ops to improve value prop and partner experience.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing partnerships or business development.
  • You have existing active contacts in the retail sectorespecially with SMBs franchises or chainsand can leverage these to accelerate retailer onboarding.
  • Background in marketplaces or ecommerce.
  • Handson with performance marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • A natural hustler who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast with limited resources.
  • Youre looking to build not just workyou want real equity and real ownership.
