Commercial Project leader. Will assist the Commercial Manager with production of products train team members communicate with GC and the Manager on all projects. Will assist in ordering materials daily and reporting progress daily. Must know how to read blueprints build some metal ductwork Layout changes in ductwork Understand Airflow and refrigerant tubing design.

This is a working position of leadership. Must have 5 years in Commercial Projects and leading Commercial Projects.

Initiative decisiveness tact integrity judgment leadership skills and technical knowledge are essential to achieving departmental and corporate goals. Jobrelated contact can occur virtually with all demographic groups with the majority of daily contacts being with Sensigreen Heating Cooling & Insulation employees and departmental customers. Representative duties include:
  • Planning organizing controlling and coordinating all aspects of the Commercial Projects.
  • Scheduling jobs based on the known or expected complexity of the perceived work against the capabilities of available technicians and the planned or promised completion time/date.
  • Maintaining liaison with the General Manager and Project Manager.
  • Managing equipment special tools vehicles and parts needs for the Project.
  • Managing and leading the onsite efforts of employees and subcontractors in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Training designated employees in proper installation procedures practices and promotion of the Sensigreen Heating Cooling & Insulation customer satisfaction guarantee philosophy
  • Managing the necessary administrative records and controls to protect the interests of the corporation and the customer to include prompt and accurate invoicing.
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely efficient and costeffective manner.
  • Working with suppliers on partsrelated pricing performance reliability and availability.
  • Providing annual performance appraisals for all Installation Department employees.
  • Implementing quality control procedures for the Installation Department to ensure optimal customer service efficient use of equipment and time and meeting of departmental strategic and budgetary goals.
Job Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of combined practical and academic experience in the full range of HVACR subfields including the experience to analyze a typical field situation and provide a timely correct solution with at least 3 years of it in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to successfully direct and coordinate the requirements of the customers employees outside suppliers delivery schedules and subcontractors.
  • Ability to negotiate orders with suppliers and vendors to ensure prompt and timely delivery at the lowest possible price.
  • Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to work equally well with potential customers customers employees support team members and the general public.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to motivate his/her employees to higher achievements and to keep the departmental morale high.
  • Ability to visit departmental employees at the actual jobsite e.g. rooftops crawl spaces refrigeration rooms confined spaces etc.
  • Skill and ability in promoting and selling new installation jobs on the phone and facetoface.
  • Ability to comprehend and implement applicable HVACRrelated federal state and local government laws codes and regulations.
  • Current (state) drivers license and the ability to drive all types of vehicles in the corporate fleet within 30 days of initial employment. Incumbent must be insurable by current Sensigreen Heating Cooling & Insulation insurance carrier.
  • Ability to represent the OwnerTeam and/or General Manager at HVACRrelated social activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technology with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
