Job Description
The Sales & Events Services Coordinator at Hampton Inn BostonNatick and The Verve Hotel BostonNatick will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all sales and eventrelated activities for the sales teams at both locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries and bookings for events
- Coordinate with clients for event planning and execution
- Work closely with the sales team to meet revenue goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in marketing and promoting events hosted at the hotel
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or event planning a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Previous Hotel Services/Hospitality experience preferred
