Key Responsibilities
: Write creative engaging and clear scripts for YouTube videos (both longform and shortform content).
: Develop compelling narratives that align with the brand voice and engage the audience. Ensure content is entertaining informative and valuable to viewers.
: Create catchy attentiongrabbing titles descriptions and video tags that align with the video content and target audience.
Optimization: Optimize scripts with relevant keywords to ensure video discoverability. Focus on driving higher ClickThrough Rates (CTR) and improving search rankings.
& Editing : Review scripts for clarity grammar style and consistency. Ensure they are errorfree and meet the highest quality standards.
Strategy Collaboration*: Work with the content team to understand channel goals target demographics and current trends. Use this information to guide script creation.
Focus : Develop content that encourages interaction comment discussions and engagement from the audience.
Tracking : Monitor key metrics including CTR Average View Duration Engagement Rate Views and Subscriber Growth. Adjust scriptwriting strategies based on performance insights.
Awareness : Stay up to date with the latest YouTube trends viral topics and best practices for content creation.
