Job Description
Grade and Salary:Grade 4 ()
FTE and working pattern:35hrs per week 5 working days within 7
Purpose of Role:The Finance Assistant will be responsible for delivering all the financial administration within Oriam.
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible for all Banking Administration within Oriam
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible for all Invoicing within Oriam
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible for all Ordering within Oriam
- The Finance Assistant will support membership with member retention
Education Qualifications & Experience:
These are the criteria on which the shortlisting and recruitment selection will be made
Essential
- Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to SCQF Level 5 or similar or equivalent experience
- Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above
- Competent in the use of relevant IT packages
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable professional and proactive approach
- Demonstrable ability to work quickly flexibly and accurately in a dynamic changing and pressured environment
- Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service
Desirable
- Educated to SCQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification
