About the role
As an Recruitment Coordinator you will have an important role in providing support to the talent team. You will be required to immerse yourself in the Online/Digital media world learning quickly and honing your skills and knowledge of the industry.
Your role will be crucial in assisting the HR&TA team providing support in sourcing and recruiting talent and in managing interviews and placements.
What youll do
Assist with sourcing and engaging new talent for freelance and permanent positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Track and report on candidate progress and hiring metrics
Help ensure compliance with hiring policies and data privacy regulations
Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with preemployment steps screening and other onboarding tasks.
Support with Adhoc tasks for the broader TA and HR team.
About you
Previous experience in a recruiting HR or administrative support role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday BambooHR etc).
Understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Upwork Job Boards etc).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HR and recruitment compliance standards
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
