We provide competitive compensation ranging from $21.50 to $25.00 per hour contingent upon your experience and education.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid drivers license
- Associates degree in social work health human services education psychology or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
- High School diploma with 3 years of human service experience particularly with children and/or adolescents and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)
AN AVERAGE DAY
As a Childrens Program House Manager your role is to oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that promotes the students physical emotional and behavioral wellbeing. You serve as a positive role model assisting them in developing adaptive life skills. Your duties involve onsite management of the assigned residence ensuring quality assurance conducting staff training and development sessions and handling personnel scheduling. You report directly to the director of residential services who provides supervision and ongoing training.
