Stellt sicher dass regelmige und vorbeugende Wartungsarbeiten durchgefhrt werden und dass in Notfllen Untersttzung bei der Fehlerbehebung und Wartung zur Verfgung steht
Verwaltet das Instandhaltungsbudget ermittelt die Kostenfaktoren und schlgt Lsungen zur Kostensenkung vor
berwacht die Festlegung von Instandhaltungszielen die Planung von Aktivitten und die Ergebnisse um eine gute Verteilung der Arbeitslast die Zielerreichung und die Leistung des Personals sicherzustellen

Manages plant maintenance tooling shop and the automation team to ensure the safe timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment
Responsible for the correct functioning of production equipment/technology at the site initiates maintenance measures as needed
Ensures periodic and preventive maintenance is performed and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available
Manages maintenance budget identifies cost drivers and proposes solutions to reduce costs
Oversees maintenance goal setting activity scheduling and results to ensure good workload distribution goal achievement and staff performance

- Instandhaltung von Betriebssystemen und anlagen durch Durchfhrung von vorbeugenden Wartungs und TestingManahmen
- Verbessert die Instandhaltungssysteme/KPIs und trgt zur Prozessstabilitt bzw. Verringerung von Ausfallzeiten bei
- Leitet den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) fr die prventative Instandhaltung
- Sorgt fr ein sicheres und gesundes Arbeitsumfeld durch Einhaltung der Unternehmensstandards Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Spricht Probleme an macht andere auf potenzielle Probleme aufmerksam und etabliert eine Problemlsungskultur innerhalb des Werks
- Leitet ein technisches Team verantwortlich fr die Einstellung Einarbeitung Schulung Entwicklung und disziplinarischen Manahmen (bei Bedarf). Darber hinaus vermittelt die Person den Teammitglieder:innen die Erwartungen an ihre Arbeit berwacht und bewertet ihre Leistung und empfiehlt Vergtungsmanahmen
- Bewertet die Leistung von Systemen/Ausrstungen ermittelt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen verbesserungswrdige Bereiche und fhrt Automatisierungsprojekte durch
- Identifiziert Mglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Systemen
- Analysiert wichtige Leistungsindikatoren ermittelt Mglichkeiten zur Erhhung der Zuverlssigkeit und/oder zur Verringerung von Ausfallzeiten
- Verschafft sich einen berblick ber relevante technologische Entwicklungen
- Verfolgt die Ausgaben und optimiert die Ressourcenzuweisung fr Reparaturen und Ersatzbeschaffungen
- Verwaltung des Werkzeugbaus Realisierung von Kosteneinsparungen und Reduzierung der Werkzeugherstellungskosten
- Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen
ENGLISH
- Maintains the operation of systems and equipment by implementing preventive maintenance programs and performing tests
- Improves maintenance systems/KPIs and contributes to process stability and the reduction of downtime through the provision of appropriate maintenance activities
- Leads the continuous improvement process (CIP) for preventive maintenance
- Maintains a safe healthy working environment by adhering to organization standards policies and legal regulations
- Addresses issues alerts others to potential concerns and establishes a problemsolving culture within the plant
- Leads a technical team and is responsible for recruiting onboarding training developing and disciplining employees as needed. Additionally the position holder communicates job expectations to team members monitors and appraises their performance and recommends compensation actions
- Evaluates the performance of systems/equipment identifies areas for improvement by working closely with operating departments and implements automation projects
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and systems
- Analyses key performance indicators identifies ways to increase reliability and/or reduce downtime
- Maintains overview of relevant technological developments
- Tracks expenses and optimizes resource allocation for repairs and replacements
- Manages the tool shop realizes cost savings and reduces tool manufacturing costs
- All other tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium des Maschinenbaus (oder hnlich)
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen (z.B. CNCgesteuerte Bearbeitungsmaschinen konventionelle Bearbeitungsmaschinen Maschinen in Montageanlagen)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lean Management Erfahrung mit dem PDCAZyklus (PlanDoCheckAct) TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) und/oder FMECA (Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis)
- Kenntnisse von Fertigungsprozessen und Instandhaltungskonzepten in einer Automobilzuliefererumgebung sind von groem Vorteil
- Erfahrung als Fhrungskraft idealerweise in einem Instandhaltungs/Technikumfeld
- Sehr gute MSOfficeKenntnisse (Outlook Word Excel Teams Powerpoint)
- Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein Durchsetzungsvermgen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift gute Englischkenntnisse
ENGLISH
- Successfully completed university education in Mechanical Engineering or (similar)
- At least 7 years experience in the maintenance of production plants (e.g. CNCcontrolled processing machines conventional processing machines assembly plant machinery)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Management experience using the PDCA cycle (PlanDoCheckAct) TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) and/or FMECA (Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and maintenance concepts in an automotive supplier environment a significant advantage
- Experience as a people manager ideally in a maintenance/technology environment
- Very good MSOffice skills (Outlook Word Excel Teams Powerpoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Sense of responsibility assertiveness
- Excellent written and spoken German good knowledge of English
