Inside Sales Representative
FullTime
Westfield IN
Compensation DOE: up to $62K Commission
Our client a wellestablished masonry supplier is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role offers a blend of customerfacing showroom work and outside sales with a focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
What Youll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection and project guidance
Generate and follow up on quotes orders and project inquiries
Support outside sales efforts with account followups and client communication
Maintain strong knowledge of product lines (brick stone pavers hardscapes etc.)
Collaborate with contractors builders and homeowners to ensure project success
Assist with inventory and showroom organization as needed
Work MondayFriday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Occasional Weekends required
What Were Looking for in an Inside Sales Representative:
1 year of sales experience (construction or building materials a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in both inside and outside sales capacities (80/20 split)
Reliable selfmotivated and eager to learn product lines
Spanishspeaking ability is a bonus but not required
