FLSmidth is seeking a Workplace Center of Excellence Architect to join our team in Bucharest. In this role you will drive design and implemenation of the architecture necessary to support the transformation from traditional IT to ITSM. This role reports directly to Head of Workplace Center of Excellence.
Your responsibiltiies
Leading design planning and delivery of services for all endusers.
Create documentation for new and existing services.
Improving and implementing changes to existing processes.
Implementation of new services.
Collaborate with project stakeholders (including senior leadership) to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for workplace management and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all activities.
What you bring
5 years experience as a Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise in one or more of the following:
- End User Services
- TOPDESK/ServiceNow (or any other ITSM Tool)
- o Workplace Automation
- o Endpoint Engineering (SCCM Intune) Unified Communication and Collaborations M365 (Teams SharePoint Email Endpoint security) Azure Virtual Desktop
Other requirements are:
Architecture level understanding.
Experience in deal structuring pricing and contracting.
Bachelors degree in relevant topic or equivalent work experience.
Experience in leadership role would be an advantage.
Experience in design and deploy effective IAM solutions would be an advantage
Supervise all stages of identity solutions lifecycle management.
Good business analysis skills and experience.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on workplace environments.
Excellent communication (oral & written) in English
