Our customers are universities and high schools and in most cases were working with staff in the alumni relations and fundraising office at these institutions. The value prop for them at a high level is simple Engage more alumni and raise more money from them. 90% of our customers are from the US currently but were starting sales in UK and Canada this year so well start to see some more customer regions this year. Our team is based in India and the USA. The India team is based in Bangalore and the US team is fully remote.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will closely support the Lead Talent Acquisition on endtoend hiring processes helping Almabase scale its teams with efficiency and precision.
Assist in screening applications based on predefined criteria.
Manage interview scheduling ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) ensuring data is clean structured and uptodate.
Leverage AI tools within Ashby to improve hiring workflows and enhance sourcing or screening processes.
Ensure the ATS remains decluttered and concise enabling better decisionmaking.
Support in posting jobs closing completed roles and keeping hiring data organized.
As you gain confidence own the hiring process endtoend for roles.
Experience:
0 to 6 months internship experience.
Internship experience in HR/TA is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and adaptability to change.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Month 1: Foundation & Learning
Understand Almabases hiring philosophy workflows and recruitment processes.
Get handson training with Ashby ATS posting jobs updating candidate stages and leveraging AI features.
Shadow screening calls and interviews to build understanding of role expectations and candidate profiles.
Assist with interview scheduling and documentation.
Month 2: Taking Ownership of Coordination
Independently handle screening incoming applications using given guidelines.
Manage scheduling logistics for open roles endtoend.
Take full ownership of ATS management ensuring accurate clutterfree candidate records.
Start exploring AIbased tools inside Ashby to optimize your work.
Month 3: Process Optimization
Identify small improvements in scheduling screening or ATS usage and implement best practices.
Begin managing lowercomplexity roles independently coordinating all backend activities with support from Lead TA.
Ensure hiring workflows are streamlined and updated in realtime.
Month 4: Leading an E2E Hiring Process
Own the endtoend recruitment for select roles from screening to offer coordination.
Summarize and report insights from your hiring processes to improve team efficiency.
This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work from 10 AM to 6 PM (IST).
