Job Description

Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Coordinator

Job Summary

The Senior Commercial Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Account Management team by handling administrative tasks related to a variety of commercial accounts. This position is focused on small to middle market accounts across industries such as construction schools restaurants and real estate. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and adept at working in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers by preparing renewals pulling information from carrier websites and updating the agency management system.
  • Process certificates endorsements policy change requests and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on maintaining a book of business working with 23 AMs in the department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information and policy details into the agency management system (EPIC).
  • Communicate effectively with clients vendors and team members regarding policy updates and changes.
  • Support daytoday operations by responding to client inquiries and assisting with special requests as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant or coordination role ideally in the commercial insurance space.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with insurance industry software (experience with EPIC preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $65K$75K (based on experience).
  • Hybrid work environment: 2 days in the office remaining days remote.
