Were looking for a motivated analytical and detailoriented Enterprise Operations Intern to join our team for an 8week paid summer internship. Youll gain exposure across multiple functional areas including Strategy & Operations Marketing Operations Analytics Sales Enablement and Salesforce Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to see how gotomarket and operational strategies come to life at a fastgrowing SaaS company.
How you will contribute and grow:
As an Enterprise Operations Intern at InvoiceCloud youll gain handson experience in a collaborative fastpaced environment and directly contribute to projects that impact decisionmaking across the business. You will:
- Support strategic initiatives related to forecasting performance reporting and operational planning
- Assist in the design and development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Excel and Salesforce
- Collaborate on data analysis projects tied to customer health sales performance and marketing campaign efficacy
- Help prepare executive readouts and business review materials
- Participate in crossfunctional team meetings gaining exposure to leadership and realtime problem solving
- Take ownership of a special project aligned with your strengths and learning goals
You will thrive if you have:
- Interest in business operations analytics or gotomarket strategy
- Curiosity and a willingness to dive into data processes and systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with or interest in learning Excel Tableau PowerBI Salesforce or SQL
- Enthusiasm for fastpaced highgrowth tech environments
What were excited to see:
- Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelors degree program (e.g. Business Economics Analytics Marketing or related field)
- Available to work hybrid from our Boston or Braintree MA office 23 days per week throughout an the 8week internship
