Job Description

Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Qualified & Unqualified)
Location: Burnley (BB10 area)
Working Hours: 2 on / 4 off rolling rota
Hourly Rate: 13.00
Number of Sleeps Required: On average 12 per week
Pay Per Sleep: 65 per sleep
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) LowLevel EBD
Qualifications Required: None for unqualified role; Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent for qualified role
Experience in Years Required: 01 year minimum
Employment Type: Permanent FullTime

The Home:
  • Number of Beds: 2
  • Location: Burnley (BB10)
  • Type of YPs: LowLevel EBD Trauma Neglect
  • Ofsted Rating: New service awaiting first inspection
  • Ratio of Staff to Children: 1:1

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
