The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Sydney office supporting work authors across our Insurance Construction and Employment & Workplace Advisory teams.

In this fulltime position youll provide comprehensive administrative support to our highperforming team working alongside a mix of lawyers and senior practitioners. Your key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with clients;

Matter and document management including preparing and formatting a range of documents and correspondence;

Conflict searches;

Managing monthly billing on Expert;

Diary management travel booking and handling of telephone calls; and

Associated administrative duties.

Essential Experience and Criteria

You will have at least 2 years experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary in a litigationfocused practice. You will have a flexible and positive disposition with welldeveloped communication interpersonal and organisational skills. Your can do attitude proactive approach and ability to prioritise under pressure will make you a valued member of the CN team.
