Location: Lisbon (onsite)
Employment Type: Fulltime fixedterm contract (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent placement
Languages: Spanish (C2) & English (B2)
Compensation: 870/month x14 50 guaranteed bonus 150 permanence bonus meal allowance medical & dental insurance
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls chats and messages with empathy and professionalism including urgent situations
Investigate and resolve claims under Host Damage Protection Host Liability Insurance and Experience Liability Insurance
Understand and apply policies consistently to ensure fair outcomes for the community
Identify and escalate priority issues appropriately
Ensure each case is reviewed and resolved with attention to detail and sensitivity
Requirements
Native/Fluent in Spanish (C2) with strong English (B2)
Previous experience in financial fraud or insurance support is highly valued
Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
Able to work independently in a highvolume fastpaced environment
Already based in Lisbon with valid right to work documents
