Job Objective
The Social Media Manager will lead the ideation strategy and of social media initiatives for multiple brands. This role requires team leadership content planning client management and business development to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy &
- Develop and implement social media strategies for assigned brands.
- Oversee content creation and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Conduct daily team meetings to set goals and track progress.
Team Management & Training
- Train mentor and groom the social media team for continuous growth.
- Foster a positive and inspiring work environment to drive creativity.
- Ensure smooth workflow processes and adherence to existing structures.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Conduct weekly/monthly audits of all social media accounts.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement.
- Coordinate with design content and tech teams for seamless .
Client & Business Development
- Act as the primary liaison for clients ensuring a toptier customer experience.
- Follow up on client payments as required.
- Collaborate on business development initiatives and partnerships.
Recruitment & Team Expansion
- Identify and hire the right talent in collaboration with HR.
