An innovative Critical Access Hospital in Northern Nevada 2 hours south of Reno NV is seeking a Director of Respiratory Services to lead their Respiratory Therapy team.
Director of Respiratory Services Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $48$55/hour
- SignOn: $5000
- Relocation: $2500
Director of Respiratory Services Opportunity:
- Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 Weekend & On Call Requirements
- Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Respiratory Therapy team overseeing schedules training and clinical leadership. Develop and implement respiratory care plans using patientdriven protocols and evidencebased guidelines. Participate in clinical decisionmaking patient education disease management and health promotion. Maintain quality assurance tracking and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Report directly to the Administrator.
Director of Respiratory Services Qualifications:
- Active RRT
- Application pending with the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners
- Nevada State Blood Gas Technologist License application submitted within 2 weeks of hire
- 4 years of leadership experience
