As a Business Transformation Program Manager within the Client Onboarding & Service (COS) team you will own the daytoday activities related to project management analysis and delivery of transformation initiatives for the COS organization. This highly visible role includes direct interaction and partnership with project stakeholders and senior leadership. The successful candidate is proactive detail and resultsoriented and possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the daytoday analysis project management and delivery of COS initiatives
- Scope problems identify major issues and actionable opportunities design solutions and quantify potential bottomline financial impact
- Develop content to periodically update executive management leadership and stakeholders across LOBs on delivery milestones and change management
- This is not an execution only role. You will be a contributor to strategic discussions and provide ideas take initiative and leverage creativity (in thoughts and paper) to drive the business.
- Actively engage product and technology development teams for all domains using agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning
- Drive change consensus and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap including preparing impact assessments change management plans and communications
- Apply understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies (e.g. machine learning Blockchain robotics process automation) to reimagine the future of commercial banking
- Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
Required Qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree required and 6 years of relatable business experience
- Comfort in a fastpaced dynamic and matrixed environment and the ability to operate in the grey
- Ability to clearly communicate and influence leading leaders to a common goal
- Outstanding relationship management interpersonal and communication skills with the tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts
- Advanced PowerPoint and Data skills with storytelling capabilities
- Successful track record setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams coordinating across different crossfunctional initiatives and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Preferred Qualifications capabilities and skills:
- MBA
- Passion for learning new operating models technologies and industry trends
- Previous client consulting experience
- PMP or other Project Management Certifications
