Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Director Consumer Insights.
Position Status: Fulltime Day Shift
Position Location: This position is remote.
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 3 years healthcare required.
- 8 years experience in consumer insights market research or a related function required.
Expectations for this Role:
Sentara Health is seeking a Director Consumer Insights. Manage the relationship with the voice of the consumer vendors including contract oversight project management and quality regulatory survey programs (e.g. HCAHPS) in partnership with patient experience team ensuring compliance data integrity and actionable reporting to mentor and develop a team of direct reports responsible for research design data collection analysis and project with clinical operational marketing and quality teams to embed consumer insights into service design process improvement and innovation efforts.
