Job Description:
Self is searching for a Social Media Manager to shape and lead a dynamic social media strategy and ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. As a leader on our Organic Marketing Team reporting to the VP of Communications youll be responsible for content creation community engagement influencer partnerships and datadriven optimizations. Youll develop and lead a team of two through the execution of social strategies that create a cohesive presence across role requires a strong blend of creativity analytical skills and leadership to expand our reach and foster brand loyalty.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and lead generation across multiple platforms
- Lead a team of two social media coordinators providing mentorship training and performance feedback
- Create curate and optimize highquality content that aligns with the companys voice values and goals
- Track analyze and report on key metrics trends and KPIs to optimize performance
- Manage and grow the companys social media communities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including content PR design and performance marketing
- Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and best practices to keep our social media efforts relevant and innovative
- Lead social strategy and execution within gotomarket planning to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with broader brand and business objectives
- Oversee the social media calendar
Who you are:
- 4 years of experience in social media management and at least 2 years managing a (small) team
- Experience in fintech or other highlyregulated industries is also strongly preferred
- Expertise in social media platforms influencer management social management tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for design video and visual aesthetics
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) analytics platforms
- Familiarity with video content creation and editing
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and an understanding of how to leverage data to inform strategy
- Curiosity and a passion for social media pop culture and digital innovation
- Experience managing influencers and an influencer agency
- Knowledge of SEO content marketing and digital marketing best practices
- Creative selfmotivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment

Base salary range: $annually. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience and other jobrelated reasons
