We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client service detailoriented and eager to play a key role in ensuring longterm client satisfaction and account growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular updates and support
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure continued satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of services aligns with client expectations
Monitor client account performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Support onboarding and training for new clients when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred but not required)
12 years of experience in customer service account management or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
