This is a remote position.
As a CSM you ll manage client relationships drive sales and support a CEO with multiple businesses. You ll handle both retention and growth pitching closing and expanding accounts while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client growth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Lead upselling cross-selling and renewal efforts
- Conduct discovery calls and close deals
- Prepare proposals and finalize terms with CEO
- Monitor KPIs and client performance
- Represent CEO in select ventures and client meetings
- Closely coordinate with other departments
Requirements
- 2 years in client-facing sales/account roles
- Proven ability to pitch negotiate and close
- Strong communication organization and follow-through
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus)
- Real estate or agency background preferred
