Qualifications:
Degree in HSE or related field.
HSE experience in construction oil & gas or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of local and international HSE standards.
Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH OSHA) preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections audits and risk assessments.
Lead safety meetings toolbox talks and training sessions.
Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Promote continuous improvement in health safety and environmental performance.
