Job Description

Job Description: The selected candidate will work as a GFEBS PP&E Support Analyst supporting the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). Responsibilities include managing and overseeing financial system support and operational analysis for multiple Army programs. The GFEBS PP&E Support Analyst will support the IMCOM Systems Branch in developing process documentation data reporting tools and procedural guidance ensuring compliance with Army financial regulations and IMCOM standards and achieving key milestones such as transaction resolution system optimization and customer support responsiveness.

Worksite details: Remote


Duties will include:

  • Providing direct support for GFEBSrelated financial transactions across multiple IMCOM directorates.
  • Assisting users with troubleshooting transactional errors ticket resolution and system navigation.
  • Providing professional services in support of GFEBS Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) functionality including Real Property Accountability Plant Maintenance Order execution Plant Maintenance master data Project Systems cProjects and Supply Management.
  • Delivering onsite and online training to Army garrisons and HQ IMCOM personnel as requested by IMCOM HQ G4.
  • Developing maintaining and updating internal job aids and documentation for process guidance.
  • Supporting financial data reconciliation and report generation using BI and ECC tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable Army financial procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting special projects with research analysis and documentation as needed.
  • Travel required: less than 20%.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 35 years of relevant financial execution experience.

  • Systems/Tools:

    • Current or past GFEBS user roles

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and Office 365 (Teams OneNote)

    • Ability to pull format and analyze BI/ERP reports to track financial metrics

  • Soft Skills:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization including senior military and government civilian personnel.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain a T1 Security Clearance.
